Sharing medical data

Why share?

In an emergency, quick access to your medical records can make all the difference. If the doctor on duty does not know which medications you are taking or what conditions you have, it can delay treatment.
Therefore, you can give your GP permission to share your data via the National Exchange Point (LSP). This allows the out-of-hours GP service, the pharmacy, or the hospital to access your file if necessary.

How does it work?

You decide whether to give consent. No data will be shared without your consent. You can change your choice at any time.

Arrange consent

Go to Volg je Zorg to manage or modify your consent. There you can also see which healthcare providers have access.

To ask?

Not sure what the best choice is for you? Or do you want to know exactly what is shared? Call the practice, we will explain.

Invitation for flu and pneumococcal vaccination by email

In October, the annual flu vaccinations will take place at the Maranatha Church in The Hague. The specific date will be announced in the autumn. Everyone aged 60 and older, or with a medical indication in accordance with RIVM guidelines, will receive an invitation.
Please note that this year the invitations will no longer be sent by post, but by email in the autumn. Do you have a question about the flu shot or the pneumococcal shot?
