You can cancel at least 24 hours in advance by calling the practice and selecting menu option 4 (“Cancel appointment”). This is possible 7 days a week at any time. Anyone who fails to show up without notice or cancels too late will receive an invoice. The health insurer does not reimburse these costs. (link to page for cancelling scheduled appointments)
