Report a complaint

Question or complaint

All staff at our practice do their best to help you well. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with something.

Let us know. If you discuss your dissatisfaction with us, we will look for a solution together. You can also fill out the complaint form on our website. We will then contact you by phone within one working week.
Do you not have a formal complaint, but do you have a comment or suggestion on how we can improve our care? We would like to hear that too.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, or if you would like an independent opinion, you can turn to HADOKS, with which our practice is affiliated. You can find more information on the HADOKS website..

If mediation via HADOKS does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, you may submit the complaint as a dispute to the General Practitioner Care Disputes Committee via SKGE.nl. This committee consists of an independent legal expert, a patient representative, an expert in general practice, and an administrative secretary. The committee's decision is binding.

Invitation for flu and pneumococcal vaccination by email

In October, the annual flu vaccinations will take place at the Maranatha Church in The Hague. The specific date will be announced in the autumn. Everyone aged 60 and older, or with a medical indication in accordance with RIVM guidelines, will receive an invitation.
Please note that this year the invitations will no longer be sent by post, but by email in the autumn. Do you have a question about the flu shot or the pneumococcal shot?
